This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can control your data when you connect your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) accounts to our application.

2. Information We Collect

When you authorize our application through Meta's authentication process, we request access only to the specific data required to provide our services. We collect the following information:

• Campaign Data: Metrics, performance data, and structure of your advertising campaigns.
• Audience Names Only: We collect the names of your saved audiences to help you manage them. We do not collect, access, or store any personal identifiable information (PII) of the individuals within those audiences.
• Business Assets: The names of your connected Facebook Business Pages and Instagram Business accounts.
• Meta Pixel: Data related to your Meta Pixel configuration and events.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect strictly to operate our application and provide you with our services. Specifically, we use your data for:

• Creating and analyzing advertising reports to provide you with insights.
• Managing your existing ads and ad sets.
• Creating and publishing new advertising campaigns on your behalf (only when initiated or approved by you).

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We respect your data and treat it with strict confidentiality. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party, under any circumstances. Your data is used exclusively within Upload ads for the sole purpose of providing our service to you.

5. User Rights and Data Deletion (How to Disconnect)

You have full control over your data and can revoke our application's access to your Meta accounts at any time. If you wish to disconnect our app and stop data collection, please follow these steps:

1. Go to your Facebook profile and click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
2. Select Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.
3. In the left-hand menu, scroll down and click on Business Integrations (or "Apps and Websites").
4. Find Upload ads in the list of active integrations.
5. Click the Remove button next to our app's name.

Once you remove the integration, our application will immediately lose access to your Meta accounts and will no longer be able to view your data or manage your campaigns.
